Cannon Memorial Hospital is located off of Highway 178 within
the city limits of Pickens on W.G. Acker Drive.
Take SC Highway 8 NW/Gentry Memorial Highway toward Pickens.
Turn left onto LEC Road. Go approximately .2 miles. Turn right
onto
Moorefield Memorial Highway/Highway 178. Go approximately .3
miles.
Turn left onto W.G. Acker Drive.

Follow W.G. Acker Drive around the right
side of the hospital.
There will be a parking lot on your left off the side of the
hospital before you get to the Emergency Room. This is parking
for the Outpatient Services Building. Everyone needing outpatient
services must register at the Outpatient Registration desk before
proceeding to the desired area for services.
The Cannon Family Practice
Pickens is located at the main hospital campus. Once on W.G.
Acker Drive turn left into the main parking lot of the hospital.
The Medical Office Building is at the far right end of the hospital.
You will go up steps to enter the Medical Office Building. Once
in the Medical Office Building, the Family Practice Center will
be the first office to your left.
From Easley- take Hwy 8. Turn left onto LEC Road. Follow that road to the first red light-
turn right onto Hwy 178. Go approx 1/4 of a mile and Cannon Family Practice Pendleton
Street will be on the right.
From Pickens: Take Hwy 178 from Main Street Pickens toward Liberty. The office is located
on the corner of Hwy 178 and Pendleton Street, directly across from Cannon Memorial Hospital.
From Pickens:
Follow Hwy 178 from Pickens toward Liberty for approximately 7 miles. You will go across
the railroad tracks and toward Hwy 123. Liberty Boulevard is located on the left beside the
SC Telco credit union.
From Easley on Hwy 123: Exit off of Highway 123 onto Hwy 178 ramp toward Liberty/Anderson.
Turn right onto Hwy 178 and go approx 0.7 of a mile. Liberty Boulevard will be on your right.
Cannon Family Practice Eastside is located
on the corner of Highway 8 and West Roper Road at 111 West Roper Road. From
Main Street in Pickens take Highway 8 towards Easley. Go approximately 4
miles. Turn right onto West Roper Road and the office is located directly
on your left. |
